Last night I didn’t have much to do so I went to this site. Sick leave in fact is a special kind of disability insurance. Most private companies have vacation time, but that’s not what sick leave is. However there are cases where companies just call their sick leave a part of vacation time. Sick leave can be used for a few hours if you’re at a doctors appointment.
